I became an attorney because I genuinely love helping people through hard things. But early in my career, I kept witnessing something that bothered me deeply. Good, hardworking families getting hurt not because anyone was dishonest, but because their agent, their attorney, and their title company were never watching the whole picture. So I did something about it. I opened Hollingshead Title and Escrow, got my real estate license and built a team around one simple idea: when a family trusts us with the biggest financial decision of their lives, every single person involved should be working from the same playbook.

 

Middle Tennessee isn't just where I work. It’s my home. I grew up shaped by this community, and I feel a real responsibility to it. Some of my favorite work is the workforce housing projects that help a teacher or a firefighter actually aord to live in the town they serve. It’s serving at The Housing Fund where we figure out how to keep Nashville's doors open to the people who make it what it is.

 

When I started The Real Deal Radio on SuperTalk 99.7, it came from that same place in my heart: I wanted every listener to walk away feeling a little more informed, a little more protected, and a little less alone in the process.
